Viewing the Web Site

Every attempt has been made to have the web pages view properly on most monitor settings. Because of the many different screen resolutions and monitor sizes, the text may appear to be too large or too small on some monitors.  If you experience this problem, go to the "View - Text  Size" menu in Internet Explorer or "View - Text Zoom" in Netscape Navigator, " and change the setting to smaller or larger, whatever suits your viewing requirement.

Downloading Files

All of the forms and promotional information posted on the web site are provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.  PDF format is a universally accepted format which allows us to provide the information in a form that can be read on any computer with a free reader from Adobe. PDF files are also much smaller than other formats such as Microsoft Word, making the file download more quickly.

Adobe Reader can be obtained free of charge at the Adobe web site . When you click on the link for the PDF file it will be downloaded to your computer and a new window will open up and show the file in Acrobat Reader. If a new window does not open in your browser, Adobe Reader will open and display the file. The file can be printed from the Acrobat Reader menu window. The file can also be saved to your hard drive for printing later, using the menu bar. Double click on the file in your file manager and the file will open in PDF format.

If you do not want to read the PDF file right away, right click on the file link and, in the window that opens up, select "Save Target As" and specify the location on your hard drive where the file is to be saved.  Double clicking the file will open it for reading and printing.
